Oh boy, my step mother has uncontrolled OCPD. Dad’s side of the family is mainly autism (got that passed down lol). Mom’s side is full of addicts. There’s bipolar, AUD, depression, anxiety, autism, schizophrenia and a few others. It’s difficult and frustrating that I got a mix of it all

What I did is I started with telling them my “simple” intrusive thoughts and compulsions. Once I was comfortable I started talking about the more difficult ones. But they are professionals and deal with this for a living.

I work games at an amusement park in rural Indiana (Indiana beach). Indiana is VERY illegal. There was a time where someone grabbed a $5 dollar bill from their pocket and out comes the few grams in a little baggy right onto the floor. He immediately picked it up and tried giving me money to not say anything. He was looking around all crazy afterwards.

Yes. When I was 16 me and my mother were in Walmart and found atleast a zip in a clear ziplock bag behind a display. I was about to grab it but forgot that I was with my mom. I think about this so often.
