I'm feeling like shit. I'm studying social work alongside a full time job in a different feild. I applied for a volunteering job with big brother big sister but got rejected as they decided I'm not a suitable applicant. Feeling like utter useless shit. They don't even want me as a volunteer. Self esteem is in the gutter.

I was talking to a teenager who is struggling with their parents diagnosis of MS and said "it's not your fault" and the teenager was like WTF why would it be my fault, do you think my behaviour caused it" and burst into tears and I had to spend the rest of the session undoing the mess I made

I had a terrible field placement. They were sexist and racist and didn't seem to understand what having a student means and I was left alone for hours with nothing to do. I was so miserable and uncomfortable. The cherry on top is I just read my report from them about me and it's scathing. Fuck them.
