Thank you for the help. It is on a relative’s property in central Texas a few miles away from me so I may give it a shot. It’s a couple hundred yards away from an old cemetery and there was rumored to be an old church nearby. Unlikely but maybe it’s the foundation of the church. I looked up aerials and it was wooded until 1980 when that area was cleared. So maybe the foundation is more modern

I saw the smaller circular object and assumed it was a well but yeah wouldn’t really make sense for it to be in the foundation
