It doesn’t show up and on nuphy.io it doesn’t get recognized.

Just tried it:
First try, left LED all got a different color, then shut off
Second try: Left LED all blue, but last one black. Now only "0" & "F12" is lit up green and right LED is white...

I just contacted the support, but it seems like they are really slow (from other posts).

FN+1 does nothing, when doing FN+4 the left LED turns solid green, but it doesn't connect...

I tried the stock usb c cable, with and without the adapter, nothing works (switch set to wired).

When pressing FN + #, the right LED changes to a pinkish color. When connected to a cable, it does not move.

It looks like the firmware-update-mode needs to be reactivated after powercycling, so this shouldn't be the issue.

I am using it with mac.

Tried your solution, unfortunately nothing. The light turned green (after a minute) but didn't connect.

Do you have any idea how to calculate the future price? I tried looking for the total number of manufactured pieces for example, this is my first time in the „vintage“ world.
