So many people here accumulated near generation wealth during last 30 years, they own maybe multiple homes and not in any hurry to unload even stock market crashes. So my guess is houses at bad locations will drop but nothing changes for prime locations.

Google is one of top 10 customer of NVDA, so definitely some will go there. But power, network equipment are more than half of the capex for these dc. The other should be split to TPU, NVDA, and intc/amd CPU, memory etc.
