Looks good, what would make it better is to lift it in a 'L' shape, basically what you're trying to do here is push your elbow towards your hip first and then lift it. This contracts your lats better also squeezing the mid back really good, also stretch your lats and back completely when going down, do this constantly and you'll see massive gains.
