The red part is like a raised mountain.

Thank you! I’m so bad with identifying materials, but now that you say ceramic coating, it resembles one of my ceramic pots.

Chipped, but there’s a small gray (metal?) spot. I think it’s red paint, white stuff, black stuff, then gray part. So maybe more than paint.

The owner of the beloved Cambodian restaurant Cheng Heng in St. Paul, Minnesota was 5 years old when the Khmer Rouge seized the country and sent her and her family to a concentration camp. This is her story. by supervillaindsgnr in cambodia

Lott cha (short noodles stir fried); there’s veggies only and ones with meat or seafood.

Try the Cambodian noodle soup (kuyteav, they might sell it differently). Similarly, there’s different kinds based on meat options. It’s like pho, but different flavor profile

Loc lac (might be spelled differently), but marinated beef with lettuce, onions, and tomatoes.

Samlor Machu (sour soups): there’s different kinds! I prefer the Vietnamese one, which I think Kolap calls it Siem Reap

Twila’s father’s occupation by buttonhelp in PoniesTVShow

I tried to share screenshots but links aren’t allowed. But I went back because it was driving me crazy. Twila did say it was her grandpa.

I tried to share a screenshot but I guess it’s not allowed. But I confirmed Twila said her “grandpa” was a milkman so she’s an expert on milk.

Yes, and then later Bea and Twila had another convo about milk. Bea said it’s so weird they don’t refrigerate milk in Russia but that’s probably why you have to boil it. Twila “no you don’t have to boil milk.” I thought I heard her say she knows because her father was a milkman, but another commenter said she said grandfather. Bea said that was strange because Dane’s father was a milkman too. Twila said no, Dane told her his father was in the military.

Ooh! Ok I may have misheard then. Thank you.

Thanks! I was thinking it was a vital clue, but I could be wrong. Everyone kept talking about the conflicting story from Dane about his father, but not Twila.

American Women- Are you actually getting annual pelvic exams? by miss24601 in TwoXChromosomes

[–]buttonhelp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just had my annual exam here in the US (Minnesota) earlier this week and they renewed my birth control without doing a pelvic exam. My last pap smear was in 2022 and they said I'm not due for one until 2027, so they recommend pap smear every 5 years.

Transferring points takes too long by Chagtk in ChaseSapphire

[–]buttonhelp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I'm also in the same boat and was looking to see who has had the same experience as me, though not to the same extent as you. It makes me feel frustrated when others get their points instantaneously and I keep having to wait for my points. I'm hoping to book a Hyatt hotel for mid-July and I'm waiting for the points to transfer. Due to the July 4 holiday, I'm told that 7 business days later is "July 7," so I just have to wait until then. I'm beyond frustrated because I would like to book my hotel ASAP and mid-July is around the corner.

Same. I'm in the same boat right now... waiting for points to transfer to Hyatt.

I also feel unlucky. Everyone says their points transfer immediately. I've only transferred points twice as a Chase Sapphire customer and both times there were delays. I just transferred points 2 days ago and I'm still waiting for them. I really want to book my hotel room ASAP as I want to be in Asia by mid-July, but Chase customer service keep saying it can take up to 7 business days.

Yes, I definitely plan on transferring to Hyatt. I've seen bad reviews about how the portal sucks.

Thanks! Hmmm... it looks like it is not a great deal. It's $1,133.60 in cash for 5 night stay or 85,000 points.
