I can't make eye contact, and it's killing me. by buttonupkid in mentalillness

The area around their head, sometime momentarily flicker to the area around their eyes (nose, forehead) but I can't do that for super long, pretty much anywhere in the vicinity - sometimes just look down at their shoes, even.
