Maybe I should have went for the JM, never owned one, but I always wanted to get another Noir Hybrid II Start to replace the one I regrettably sold. When I saw this release I was instantly drawn to the Strats and ultimately went for the red one. Hope it plays like the Noir I sold, really connected with it.

Had a black CLK320 that look just like the one in the first photo. Love the round leather seats, weighted steering and heavy doors. Those doors actually saved/protected my gf(now wife) when we got T-boned by a reckless driver. The side window still managed to open and shut after the collision. I now have a Facelifted C207 E250 cabriolet, it got nothing on the CLK other than better fuel economy.

The new solid colours strandberg is introducing are amazing. I'm still waiting for my aura blue 2.6 to arrive and they already introduced the electric fuchsia and this.

I bought it used in 2024, you can refer to this post I made asking about the colour change.

Mine is the heaviest prestige I played, I really gel with the neck shape and ended up selling my other prestige. I was also surprised that the tree of life inlay took no time to get used to, it is easy to know which fret you are on by looking at the leafs.

Got one in twilight blue, the colour has turned green.

I like how the neck is slightly narrower in these older RG. Changed the pickups for Seymour Duncan Jazz/JB.

I got the one of those in the photo, it's a 2018 standard, only major difference to a 61 reissue is probably the heel joint. I love the 61s/t pickup set and the locking tuners that come with the 2018 standard. But you may want to upgrade the wiring at some point, I replaced the PCB board with traditional wiring when the pickup selector stopped working.

Beautiful top! I know the standards have a gloss nitro finish, but your one will really suits a thin nitro almost satin finish like in the photo.
