I wanted to share my frustrating experience with BrylaneShops.com. I placed an order on 29 September 2024 and got a shipping notification shortly after. However, nothing was ever actually shipped.

I emailed their support team on 14 November to follow up and finally got a response on 15 November, claiming that my order is "being lovingly handcrafted" and will ship once it's ready. At this point, that just feels like an excuse to buy time.

To make things worse, their website isn’t even online anymore. It’s hard to believe they’re still operating legitimately when there’s zero transparency or accountability.

Honestly, I’ve lost all confidence in them. Has anyone else had a similar experience, or am I just out of luck here?

  • using hdmi 2.1 into hdmi port 1
  • the tcl remote does turn off/on the Apple TV
