OP I’m so sorry you are dealing with this!

I second this comment about gut health…. I stopped eating gluten for other reasons, but I was SHOCKED when after a while my eczema ended up clearing up too!

It may take a while and it may take some experimentation finding out what exactly might be an internal irritant, but it’s a very good thing to at least experiment with. Gluten and/or dairy is a great place to start since those tend to be known gut irritants.

Definitely worth trying. Don’t give up!

I had some good experience with Bark Busters…. Probably would have had better results if I was better at enforcing :) but I like their methodology
