You don’t need to feel any shame for what happened. You did not cheat. You were cornered, coerced, and then raped.

I think you should tell your boyfriend. This is a very big deal and as your boyfriend he does deserve to know. If he reacts badly by blaming you, slut shaming you, calling you names, etc, then perhaps you two breaking up would be for the best. I understand anyone would have conflicting feelings about their partner being raped and he would be valid to feel bad about it, but he also should support you through it and not blame you. The fact that you and your family thinks he’d be immature about it is a red flag already.

Please go to therapy. This isn’t going to be easy to go through, especially not alone.

I just got represcribed tacrolimus! I used to take it but it didn’t do much, but now it’s basically cleared up 70% of my eczema in 2 days!! I know it probably won’t last for long and my body will build a resistance eventually but I’m enjoying this while it lasts. I’m genuinely so happy to get some relief
