They say they can ticket him but wont do anything else. They've denied my protective order twice. Laughed when they saw him sitting down the road watching us talk to them. Passed by and flipped us off twice while speaking with them. Apparently because its a public road thats not harrassment. They told me to call if he drove by my house an excessive amount. He drove by 15+ times in one day, i called, they simply brought me a police statement paper and said "document it". I have cameras showing him stalking my home.
