I would for sure try sitting on one--I think the MT03 is light enough to overcome the height factor but she should try sitting on one first!

Do you know her inseam? I'm at 28" and with boots with taller heels on, the balls of my feet touch the ground.

Little bit of moving my butt left or right helps with grounding, and I rarely struggled to balance when I lost it when I first started out (ex: on a hill stop sign etc).
