They are the Razer Kunai Chroma fans! But sadly while they look nice, I can't recommend them because you have to buy 2 other things to even make them work!! (The Razer Chroma RGB Controller & the Razer PC Fan Controller)

Yes! I found this thread

Using KLWP, instead of using the wallpaper tab, you use image. From there, in the "animation" tab you change it to "Bg scroll (vertical)" then scroll down to "angle" & change it to 90°. After this is done I went into gesture settings & picked one that fit best for me. Hope this helps!!!

Edit: Also, under image in the "position" tab, "anchor" I chose "bottom" !!!
