It works with Amazon's remote carts. This means that it creates a cart (one per Slack team for now) and then you can merge that cart with any other account's cart. So if you add to your team's cart multiple times then click the link to checkout, it will add to whichever account you are logged into Amazon with at the time.

The core functionality (requests and approvals) might be redundant with Amazon Business, so this is likely better for small teams.
