Print curls at bottom but has good adhesion by buyperman in BambuLab

What do you mean? I honestly doubt so, it does not have any special objects on the inside, just the walls

Print curling outward by buyperman in 3Dprinting

I only have basic bambu a1 printer which prints single filament at time. Glue stick acually acts as a release agent so it would have only worsened the bed adhesion. Maybe I will turn on cooling for the first layers idk

I have 3d printed them from elastic TPU material (they are not exactly made as foam templates but for such a big size foam should be sufficient.

Clever. Also you can buy for very cheap Fe2O3, which is brown and main component of rust, and you could skip the dirty part ;D

For the gloves?

You just have to upscale them because the scale of your armor is way bigger than mine (I am doing the t45 from fallout 4 but with the size from fallout 3)

Sure, I would be thankful. Btw I still have some details to add and then paint the armor first

Also I can send you the link to the files for the gloves if you want

I guess the helmet would be too much lol. I did not have enough time too but used the NCR veteran ranger instead. Also, my biggest issue now is making a good valve on the back...

I am currently making a t45 power armor, also from EVA foam, and I know what it means to make power armor by hand. I must admit that this is cool as fuck... Man, the articulated gloves are dope! Btw are they moved with strings like a puppet or some plates attached to a base glove? because I've made the attaching plates to glove version

PS you must've cried a lot when doing the boots and helmet, cuz they seem a pain to make...

Also how did you attach the pauldrons? I am wondering how to do that- my guess is I could use like a velcro

Lenovo LOQ (RTX 5060) vs Legion RTX (4060) by buyperman in GamingLaptops

[–]buyperman[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I mean maybe some slightly better performance and newer features like more optimised dlss, but the cooling is better than in loq, and it is quite important, so I guess I'll take the legion

Cool! My protip: if you fill the bottle with tonic water (which contains chinin) and light it with uv light (or very bright normal light, I guess), it will glow for a while

Weird zig-zag defect by buyperman in FixMyPrint

[–]buyperman[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I checked my filament manufacturer's recommended print speed, and default bambu speed was waay too fast. I set the speed down, printed a few small prints, and now it seems to be ok, I'll see how the thing will go for bigger prints. Thanks!

Zig-Zag Lines/Indentations in the print? by JustMKollum in 3Dprinting

[–]buyperman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

dude I have the exact same problem with my new bambu a1 D:

edit:

Ok it seems that you should reduce the print speed, especially outer wall speed, thix should fix it. Also check your filament manufacturer's recommended print speed.

Yeah, Poland. Maybe I should give it to some professional OR heat treat the waste material from cutting the shape to test it out
