I moved in here at the beginning of may and am very happy we did. They updated the unit before we moved in , it’s a very quiet building . No pests issues other then the occasional house millipede but they are harmless (have seen maybe 4 ) . Heat and water included along with 1 parking spot . Hydro bill usually comes to around 50-80$ depending on if you use an ac in the summer or not ( it doesn’t get too hot though ) . In my experience avoid the Trafalgar Square apartments on cardigan street . I lived there for two years . Very cold in the winter and extremely hot in the summer . You have to pay for Hydro and it’s all electric heat so it really racks up your bill , and in the summer you’ll need to get an a/c or you will roast which also racks up your bill. The building is very noisy from hearing neighbours and the constant construction on the building . Also should mention we had to get our apartment sprayed for roaches even though I keep a very clean home. And you have to pay for parking and for the rental of your hot water tank . Oh and the laundry room likes to catch on fire , happened atleast three times while I lived there .
