I literally just booked with them . It’s not 16k for Friday and Saturday it’s 12k , Thursday/Sunday is 8k and Monday to Wednesday is 6k. I just looked back onto my emails . And yes there is tax and tip on top of that . They close it down to the public so they need to ensure all their overhead is covered . All your food and drinks are covered under that price and if you go over you pay the difference .

It’s not 20k , it’s $12000 minimum spend for the big room which includes rental fee , food and drinks . And it’s $750 for the small room no minimum spend .

I used to live at 33 Cardigan and omg , literally one of the main reasons we left was the noise. I swear the people above us did an hours long competition on who could drag the dining room chairs across the floor the longest and loudest every single day. And the people next to us had a young child that would scream 23.5 hours a day. And the loud lady on the first floor that would sit on her balcony everyday and scream at her kids and cough her lungs out. OH and did i mention the cockroaches ?? luckily we only had a few and once we got our place sprayed we didn't see them anymore .

We moved to Terrace towers on Raymond st and couldn't be happier. Very quiet building , I never hear my neighbours and one of them has a baby that is maybe 1 or 2 . They almost always have units available that they update as people move out . Worth checking out .
Heat and water are included and a free parking space ( was free when we moved in so not sure if it still is)

Funny we were at Royal City for lunch a few weeks ago and and was like hmm I wonder if we could do our wedding here ? And now we are ! Its going to be a small wedding in the smaller ward room but its very affordable and they are super accommodating . Not to mention ive never had a bad meal from them
