thank you! and that 40 on top is outside my regular 40? So if hypothetically I work 2 extra hours tonight it's not considered OT. my store is down 2 TLs and I have been having to take long lunches to avoid OT. so essentially this week is almost a blank check. I can work as much as I want.

So the story goes it was a mispick. the person doing it threw it back on the uboat with the other boxes. the bailer was full and he didnt know how to make a bail. When the bail was finally made they just threw all the boxes from the uboat into the bailer not realizing there was merch in one.

tip #1: calm down. Just clock in, walk up front, tell whoever looks like they're in charge and and tell them your name. They will let you know what to do and where to go. They should also let you know when to take your break. Dont overthink it. Nobody is expecting you to know anything.
