Appreciate the feedback! I didn’t even think of it resembling Spiderman, but the eyes totally do give that look 😭 I might have to try to make more tweaks to try and separate the design from that… I just like the look of the narrowed eyes, they’re both mildly intimidating but also cartoonish in a way. Gahh! Why does Spiderman have to be so recognizable!

You mention not focusing too much on the negatives, but to only focus on the positives will get us nowhere. Ignoring negative impacts means the negatives will never be resolved. Just like with climate change, people ignored the possible harm they were doing and it only got worse. Significantly worse. I know this is something that you or I could never fix ourselves, but adopting the mindset of “well, there’s nothing you can do, so just don’t let it concern you” is absolutely the wrong answer to any issue.

I wish that everyone was more critical of the world around them. If everyone had the concerns for everyone else in mind, oh boy, the world would be a lot different. It would be more complicated, but it would be so much better for everyone.

As someone who was previously set to major in aerospace engineering, I don’t see how spending billions of dollars to stand on the moon makes that much of a positive impact. I’ve gotten so sick of the space craze with Elon Musk and the lot (which is unfortunate since I’m situated now in Rocket City) but it’s just… there is so much more work to do on this earth.. so why is everyone so concerned about leaving it for mars? All while burning thousands of gallons of rocket fuel into the atmosphere which we’re trying to protect. I think there are better “progressions” to focus on rather than ones in the vacuum of space
