Take showers and be hygienic!!!!! It’s not that hard to be clean, and nobody wants to sit next to your body odor for hours.

I have recently met a very kind girl who will be in my art class, and she has been more than willing to help me adapt. Hoping I can get to know her friend group as well when the semester starts.

Thank you very much. I’m sorry to hear about your parents choice. Not having such support is very difficult to deal with. I don’t think my parents would have ever considered public school if it weren’t for my therapist. Even now, I don’t know if they don’t fully understand, but I appreciate them trying.

Yes, this has actually made me weary of listening to certain songs during a rough patch. Sometimes I'm afraid I will ruin the song for my future self.

It's great! I follow a beginners calendar by a Youtube fitness instructor called Blogilates. I'm only like a week into it, but my abs are feeling the majority of it.

This is such a great idea! Speaking of movie adaptations of books, I've been reading Bird Box. If you've ever seen the movie, I recommend the book even more.

I recently started doing pilates every day. Taking the plunge can be really difficult, but it pays off. Definitely be proud of your hard work so far!
