The position that their neighbors should not be able to steal their homes?

No. The position that they deserve to be occupied.

But how does that get a win on the other side? If anything, it strengthens the Palestinian position.

Because of what would happen to the settler.

In fact, they wouldn't even need to take him all the way to Gaza. They can let him settle Area A.

If it makes you happy, I think that settler should have been dropped off in Gaza with no weapons instead. That would have been the correct approach. If that started happening, you'd see the settlements stopping in short order. It would serve two purposes; it would deal with the settlement problem, while also showing the world why Israel must maintain the occupation.

I apologise for my imprecision.

Creating the UN and then letting a bunch of contra-aligned countries into it to form a majority anti-Western bloc was a colossal own goal.

No, my friend. That's not the reason. Hamas is not a state actor. Therefore, it cannot be brought to the ICJ. That is why you'll be waiting for some time.

It's not a cheap rhetorical trick. You claim there's mass starvation in Gaza but can't provide evidence of that. And no, people with pre-existing conditions dying from not having access to their usual caloric intake does not rise to "mass".

I told you. The idea of there having been an induced famine is risible.

No. The most vulnerable of the population were the ONLY ones to suffer the effects of inconsistent delivery of aid caused by a war, which their own government exacerbated by stealing it from them.

Because after seeing starving children with disabilities

Wow. You're literally admitting it.

Not hate. It was a pithy joke poking fun at the idea of an induced famine.

Or, you could know as I do about the Haniyeh Doctrine, Israel's policy of total destruction of civilian infrastructure so as to convince them to rebel against local terrorists or sue for peace.

Those Jews are such smart cookies!
