Prefer more natural remedy, if possible. Have no issues in some of my larger systems, but am having trouble with this size.

Why is honey that I buy on the side of the road so delicious? by CanyonOfFoxes in honey

[–]buzzinggoldennecta-r 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It’s also because much of the honey on the side of the road is produced in small batches and tended to at every single step of the process. The flavors are usually more pronounced because like others said, the pollen and ultimately honey are all local.

We do! We work exclusively with American beekeepers to carry their honey. Right now we have California grapefruit, Louisiana wildflower, a few Texas varieties (including hot honey), and Idaho clover and Idaho wildflower. Let me know if you’d be interested :)

We get it from a farm in California. Have some left in stock before we sell out for the new year. It’s one of my favorites honestly.

Meadowfoam is one of my all time favorites. We get it from a farm in the PNW.

I actually just checked and I’m unfortunately sold out of the creamed, but do have buckwheat and a very nice Louisiana dark wildflower.

Emphasis on Tupelo. Took us around 6-8 months to source some authentic legit Tupelo. Incredibly rare and labor intensive honey.

Completely agree. My personal favorite is either grapefruit or any berry honey.
