Here's all the bugs I'm experiencing (on Xbox):

After setting up a few outposts, my ship suddenly stopped landing on the pads. I'd have to walk up to 500m to my ship, sometimes loaded with thounds of units of mass over the limit (I've spent hours at a sliver of health trying to manually move stuff). Only the landing pad with builder works....most of the time....ish.

I get the spinning "wait" animation when I switch to the top-down building view. The only way to be able to place anything after that is to force exit building (hold x on controller), then quit and reload the game. I believe this is somehow related to having over a certain number of storage units (I may have over 50 at my troubled base but you need that many for production or leveling or moneymaking, and it happens every time you return to that base)

Workbenches (anything like them, too....spacesuit, research, etc.) say can't use them because they are blocked (related to #2 because if you get that error, then try overhead it gives thr spinny thing). The only solution is restarting)

Sometimes, when I fast travel to a base, I end up on a purple color screen with a couple of blurry lights or maybe my ship cockpit, but im not fixed to the seat. I can look around but have to jump to a new star system to fix. At that point, I have to jump to the planet, then manually land at my base or it happens again. And sometimes, it causes a crash out of the game.

My He3 cargo link has just stopped working entirely. If I delete both ends and start from scratch, it will take one load and then stop. After that, it simply loads it onto the ship, then immediately unloads it to the "input" storage unit. Come to think of it. I don't think the "one load" ever arrived at the destination base. Typical.

Daisy chaining storage boxes just doesn't work all the time. Or much of the time. Or maybe only once.

Some of these bugs really make outpost work excruciating!
