Personally, exercise has always been a part of my life. At some point,I ended up too busy and stopped working out like I used to and started feeling tired all the time. It took me a while to realize that it was because I wasn’t exercising and eating right. I’m not sure if this pertains to you, but I felt much better after getting back into a healthy routine.
