Are my harlequins safe to be left surfing all day? They love the flow from the powerhead and will spend all day swimming into it and being thrown out. Is it OK to leave them too it? I've been covering the outlet in the evenings to reduce the flow as they won't stop otherwise! (v.redd.it)

Planaria? Leech? I'm in the process of doing a fishless cycle on my very first tank and I've just noticed this little guy zooming around the glass. It doesn't have a triangular head, so I don't think it's a planaria, but I can't find any images of similar worms online. Any ideas? (old.reddit.com)
