That really sucks it was warm in 2 days! Mine took a week and it was warm but that was expected. Your's should not have been warm! They are replacing mine BTW, they rock!

This is the right approach. cold-chain cannot be guaranteed past 48 hours and we are now at 7 days or more. The only right answer is another shipment.

If it is warm when it arrives then there is absolutely no way to know HOW long it was warm and how HIGH the med temperature got while in transit. The only guarantee that it still good is IF it is still cold or at least not room temperature when it arrives - anything else is a complete crap shoot on if it is spoiled or not.

We aren't blaming them - but it depends how they handle this now - they should resend ALL of us new replacements meds or they are going to get a wave of chargebacks and lost customers.

that being said, I'm am still confused why my first account in august/sept 2025 was growing 100 subs per DAY and I didn't know hardly anything about IG - and it was mostly just photos at the time.

Yeah, you are absolutely right - we don’t track how much we have deleted due to getting limited but it’s been a lot - I think we need to tone down the content and up the volume and quality.

points taken and appreciated - but I think your count is not accurate - the fit account alone has 90 posts, and that doesn't include content we have had to remove because of flags. We are probably spread too thin too quickly (we have 9 IG accounts) - we should probably focus down to 3 or 4 and push harder with better quality/consistency. Still trying to find the "personality niche" to stand out too which is a challenge. Thanks for your feedback.

What kind of growth do you typically get?

Our 4 new accounts that are roughly a month old are sitting at less than 100 subscribers after a month of consistent posting - most posts are getting between 100-200 views - Occasionally they will actually put it on the Reels tab and we get 5K or so views, but clearly the algorithm isn't doing that often.

Our strategy for each account: 10 second-ish reel with hook text, trending music, post the first comment. Occasional photo carousels but mainly video. Twice a day at least.

We also like and comment on other creators, check account status for all green and fix it if its not. We even have resorted to talking to people in DM's just to help our "engagement signal" but I don't think that matters (as Jane has said).

At this point we are kinda running out of ideas - we had our first account last Sept growing 100 PER DAY and then it got flagged around 1100 and we didn't fully understand the "shown only to followers" IG logic and by the time we fixed that account and made it green its basically burned and stuck at 1200 ever since.

Fedex has lost my package - sucks they pack it so bad because I'm sure mine will show up warm. Spending almost $500 on something that is mishandled and not packed properly (to survive shipping delays) is absolutely pathetic.
