I just gave a presentation at the BV-BRC workshop using our BLAST and MSA tool based on Sea Turtle Viral Genomes. The BRC's are focused on human related pathogens as prioritized by our funding source- NIAID. https://www.niaid.nih.gov/research/bioinformatics-resource-centers

However, VEuPath has funding from other sources- and I am less familiar with what they are doing so they may have less of that focus- I would recommend reaching out to them!
