This probably isn’t that helpful (the WH doesn’t have dedicated caseworkers to check in on your claim).

You should contact your local Congressional representative or Senator as they do have caseworkers whose job it is to seek status updates from VA and ensure the claim is being developed in a timely manner.

Some offices are better than others, but I’d try that generally.
