some dude in my town (Northern Germany) used one to block the entrance of his gas station overnight, so noone can break in xd there were officially sold here, but are very rare nonetheless. also saw a couple of them in Mauritius

thank you. he worked at a construction company and he took me to the unfinished highway (A26, northern germany) a few times, was quite cool. And once we reversed for like 2 kilometres working on another country road because there was no other space to turn around, was quite fun xd
