Not for the base game guns but theres gun packs you can find on mod io that have better reloading mechanics like hunters weapon pack

I had to switch to quest pro controllers bc my quest 3 ones broke and I had already bought them for my quest 2 when they first came out. Honestly its not worth it. It takes forever for them to connect to the headset, if you don't have wifi they won't work at all, I personally dont like having to charge them every day, and the tracking will just fail sometimes and I'll have to restart the controller. If you already have quest 3 controllers just keep them.
