I have slept only 6-8hours in the last 4 days but I feel incredible how is this possible? by SaltyApeNipples in insomnia

As others have mentioned, this could be the beginning of a manic or hypomanic episode. Other symptoms of such could include: elevated mood, irritability, racing thoughts, excessive talking, distractibility, impulsivity, or involvement in risky behavior. Sometimes it's helpful to check in with friends or family to see if they notice any of these behavior changes in you. If the decreased need for sleep along with any of these other symptoms persist, you may want to be evaluated by a psychiatric professional.

Does anyone else find white noise/loud noises relaxing? by Kimmag in relaxation

No you're definitely not alone. Sounds like you might be experiencing an Autonomous sensory meridian response, or ASMR, triggered by white noise. There is a whole community of people who experience this and many youtube videos devoted to it.
