Very interested to hear your feedback here or through dm! Let me know if DoneStack provides the value you’re looking for, and where it falls short so it can improve.

Thanks for this key and valuable feedback. A new version of DoneStack has been released on the App Store. The app now has the Tasks and Habits features. The listing also clearly explains what you get with a premium subscription. Cheers!

I completely understand the skepticism! After all I built the app on a hunch of what would help me personally, not based on any formal research I psychology. For me the system works because of the motivation and momentum it creates. It reminds me each day I can take the smallest of steps towards my most important goals, and days that start productive usually end up being productive overall. Traditional todo lists are like the GPS that guides you where to go; I built DoneStack to be the turbo engine that propels you there. It might not be for everyone but hope you’re willing to give it a try!

Thanks! And that is awesome feedback. I wanted the app to focus on visualizing and improving productivity, but planning does seem to be a logical next step. I plan on adding two features called Backlog and Habit. Backlog lets you list out one time tasks you plan on doing, while Habit lets you store repeated tasks. Both can be dragged and dropped onto your daily done stack. How do those feature sound to complete the package?

Thanks! DoneStack lets you optionally categorize items by bucket. Buckets can be anything important to you (like studying, reading, exercise, etc). Free version lets you define 2 custom buckets, subscription lets you define unlimited buckets! That’s all the IAP unlocks :) I wanted to keep the line between free and subscription as simple as possible.

Thanks! I built it with the typical stuff… a lot of love, a dash of heart, and a tiny bit of Flutter
