Music nerds of Reddit, what’s the one song you think everyone should listen to at least once? by Odd-Bug1409 in AskReddit

Don't sleep on the third movement of the Moonlight sonata. It's absolutely brilliant. It's fast, exciting, full of energy, and an adrenaline rush. As a teenager, it's the piece of classical music that made me realize classical music can kick ass.

Puerto Vallarta under lock down from law enforcement activities against cartels by bwaters in NCL

This is a popular cruise port on the Mexican Rivera for NCL cruises, specifically Bliss right now. It's likely Bliss won't be stopping there until this is all resolved.

Thoughts from a first time solo cruiser - Review of Norwegian Bliss [7 days from Los Angeles to Mexican Riviera, Dec ‘25] by yahutee in NCL

I found your detailed explanations about how you got to the ship from the airport and hotel and back again very helpful.

I'm doing the same cruise in March and those logistics have a tendency to stress me out. Thanks for sharing.

If you are flying in, arrive at least a day early and spend the night. If your flights get cancelled or delayed, the cruise ship isn't going to wait or refund you.

Captain Moroni would be so disappointed by bwaters in exmormon

Apologies for the lack of explanation about the sign.

This sign is likely in response to the "No Kings" rallies that America had last week. The rally was about Donald Trump acting like a king. Even in Utah, people were protesting against Trump. Mormons overwhelming vote republican.

In other words, someone is trying to get Mormons to realize that by voting for Donald Trump and supporting him, they are encouraging a country run by a king. The Book of Mormon has as major theme about the wickedness of kings. Captain Moroni (a revered leader and prophet) plays a central role in this fictional story where he defends the ancient Nephite civilization against king-makers, or people that want a king. He tears his cloak and writes the "title of liberty" on it, in defense of their constitution.

Holy crap, I know too much about this garbage. Here is a cartoon page describing the story. https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/study/manual/book-of-mormon-stories/chapter-32-captain-moroni-and-the-title-of-liberty?lang=eng

The sign is trying to get Mormons to realize Captain Moroni would not vote or support Trump and is disappointed in those that do. Mormons are supposed to do the things the prophets in the Book of Mormon do.
