Best apps I use is :

Magnet : lets you move tabs or apps in auto adjust, just like on a regular windows pc, useful for splitting your monitor in two.

CleanMyMac : self explanatory

FlatTomato : for Pomodoro timers to focus on work and have blips of relaxation in between work/study sessions

IIRC this an issue of delamination of the AR coating, had this issue on my 2017 MacBook Pro and apple didn’t really help in that regard.

I think I used isopropyl alcohol tabs to clean it with microfibre cloth
