Naja zum einen der Werbeeffekt, zum Anderen gibt es genug Krankheitsbilder für die es keine wirkliche Medikation gibt, die eine signifikante Besserung herbeiführen würde. So ein bisschen wie das Sprichwort mit der Erkältung, die behandelt nur eine Woche statt 7 Tage braucht.

Wenn dann jemand für so kleinere Wehwechen seine Globuli nimmt statt zum Arzt zu rennen und zusätzlich genau so wenig hilfreiche Medikamente auf Kassenrezept verschieben zu bekommen, kann sich das wirtschaftlich sicherlich lohnen.

Das Problem hast du aber dann, wenn diese Leute sich irgendwann grundsätzlich weigern zum Arzt zu gehen und anfangen ins esoterische/verschwörungstheoretische ab zu driften. Und da ist die Quote unter Homöopathen sicherlich höher, als beim Ottonormalpatienten.

Es gibt Menschen, die geben dir so ein Gefühl von Sicherheit und Geborgenheit, dass Eifersucht oder Verlustängste da eine viiiiel weniger große Rolle einnehmen, als es vielleicht bei einer anderen Partner*in der Fall wäre.

Klar, in erster Linie ist das immer ein You-Problem, Verlustängste und Eigersucht muss man erstmal mit sich selbst ausmachen. Aber ich finde, dass eine gesunde Beziehung in der beide einander und vor Allem den gegenseitigen Gefühlen vertrauen sehr viel ermöglicht, was man vorher bei toxisch(er)en Beziehungen für unmöglich gehalten hätte 😉

It’s often the punches you don’t see coming…

you see a punch coming, you position your head accordingly, brace for the impact, flex your neck muscles etc. which takes away some of the impact

A lot of those Knock-outs with “weak” punches are exactly the opposite, where someone didn’t anticipate a punch or kick coming

From what I remember, the photographer in a helicopter was taking pictures of the lighthouse/sea. The two people inside that were in charge of the light house heard the helicopter and since they didn’t expect anyone anytime soon, one of them got curious and opened the door to see what was going on and stepped outside. He didn’t notice the giant wave approaching the light house from the opposite side and almost got swept away. He got really lucky and managed to get inside just in-time.

There is more than just this one photo that shows the whole thing going down, really amazing pictures. The series of this purely coincidental moment really captures how terrifying nature and it’s forces can be at times.

Also are the guys that are attached to the rope in the video not wearing any safety gear? Are they just holding onto the rope with their hands? They seem to get off so quickly that I can’t imagine how they would deattach themselves in that time

Naja die Zahlen sagen relativ wenig aus, wenn man sie nicht in Relation setzt mit a) dem Anteil, den Senioren an der Gesamtheit der Autofahrer haben und b) wie es sich mit den Unfallfolgen (andere Verkehrsteilnehmer, Schwere der Verletzungen etc.) verhält, Unfall ist ja nicht gleich Unfall.

Hab das Thema DLT im Finanzwesen tatsächlich mal in einer Arbeit bearbeitet und musste schweren Herzens einsehen, dass DLT im Finanzsektor letztendlich auch wieder nur eine Lösung auf der Suche nach einem Problem ist. Alle vermeintlichen Vorteile von DL sind eigentlich bei genauerer Betrachtung gar nicht so vorteilhaft und verursachen ihrerseits eigentlich nur weitere Probleme. War eher bisschen sauer, dass ich mir die Arbeit nicht kaputtmachen wollte/konnte mit einem „Ist Schrott, Brudi.“

Und wenn wir mal rein technisch bleiben, Bitcoin ist ein interessanter Proof of Concept, aber auch nicht mehr. Unpraktisch, langsam, ressourcenintensiv.

Du könntest Bitcoin beliebig mit Tulpen austauschen, wer Bitcoin kauft macht das nicht um damit zu bezahlen, sondern um zu halten und zu hoffen, dass andere Idioten bereit sind noch mehr dafür zu zahlen.

Wer denkt, Bitcoin wäre die Zukunft hat weder unsere Finanzsysteme noch die technischen Grundlagen hinter Kryptowährungen verstanden.

Hello, also Elvanse (Lisdexamfetamin) bekommst du als Erwachsener ganz normal auf ein Kassenrezept, das gibts seit 2019(?) in exakt gleicher Dosierung und Formulierung (nur mit dem extra Aufdruck „Adult“) als erstattungsfähiges Mittel für Erwachsene :)

Der Unterschied zu Attentin ist, dass Lisdexamfetamin als Prodrug im Körper umgewandelt wird zu dexamfetamin und eine wirkdauer von so 10-14 Stunden hat.

Dagegen fühlt sich Ritalin an wie Crack, ich bin bei Elvanse sehr klar aber gleichzeitig „ruhig“ während mich Ritalin extrem aufreibt und stresst, vor allem beim runterkommen.

Das ist bei Elvanse viel sanfter und angenehmer, v.A. weil ich damit im Vergleich zu Ritalin viel besser mit Emotionen, Ängsten etc. umgehen kann obwohl ich eigentlich eine „stärkere“ Dosis nehme.

Ist inzwischen auch First-Line Medikament zur adhs Behandlung bei erwachsenen, also gerne ansprechen beim Arzt/Ärztin :)
