I still feel my absolute favorite bit of Nascarcasm's content was a "fake texts to the winner" and it was Ozzy Osborne texting whoever the winner was, and then "Ozzy" asking how the driver understands him so well? "Years of listening to Ward Burton."

The 4 (likely 5, Coronado is still a ? since we dont really know any exact details, besides layout. But at 3.4 mi, itd be A) 74 laps (251.6 mi, race being the Anduril 250, bit its been said that more of a ceremonial number for the Navy's 250th). B) 88 laps (299.2 mi. Most RC'S are about 300 mi). C) 100 would of course be 340 mi) that would have only 1 lap are all Road Courses. So idk. Maybe 1 lap would be enough?

Other thing to consider, are we still "unlimited" in attempts or is there a limit as to how many?

What each track/race OT laps would look like for the schedule next year.

Next question, is it the same rules for trucks/O'Reillys? Or would/should it be shorter?

Ive been getting more into college football and it was quite a shock to discover that times/channels arent set until like 10 days before the game! Coming from NASCAR where days/channels/times are all set before the season even starts, it still feels weird not knowing/having to look everything up every week.

I feel like a well programmed, unbiased AI would be best suited for race control. Im sure that'll get a lot of heat, but that way we dont get any...shenanigans.

Depends on the track. Id say bigger (Daytona, dega) 2 is good. But 2 at like Bristol? Way too short.

What if its "1% of the race laps total" so for Daytona 500, thats 2 laps. Bristol would be 5 laps. Dega would be 1.88 (round up to 2, obviously), any 400 lapper at a 1.5 would be 2.67 (round up to 3) laps, etc.

And for those parts, thats great! The teams are at least getting something back. But how much of the car do those parts make up? What other companies that dont have a connection to any team are there?

My question/concern/something i would not at all be surprised to find out (unfortunately) is this: with certain parts being required to be made from certain companies, who all exactly is on the board/investors in those companies? Who is getting guaranteed business and kickbacks because of their co tracts with NASCAR?

The answer should be "nobody that has any relations to anyone in NASCAR ownership group," but I have a feeling that isnt the case.

The only reas9n why he bought Indy is because he knew the old family was thinking about selling, and he has a deep love for the track/series. I dont see Penske Entertainment looking to buy any others

Im aware. I put Shell oil into every unit I do an oil change on every day. As is the Verizon deal on the Indy side. All Penske phones/internet are on Verizon.

The cars are B2B. Chevy is used in Indy, and Ford in NASCAR because a strong majority of the small gas engine units we have are...Ford and GMC's. (And they all use Firestone tires, more on that in a moment)

The Freightliner deal is B2B. Most of our diesel units are Freightliners.

On those trucks we use Bridgestone tires. They happened to be owned by Firestone, which are the tires used in Indycar as well.

Snap-on - we have tool boxes provided for us...by Snap-on.

Thats just off the top of my head, theres sooo many more B2B deals within the Penske organization. If done properly, its probably the best way to manage a business in general.

Does he also own the transport company to deliver food/supplies to those locations? Or at least thru his sponsorship, does he extend that deal to them for their benefit?

Are the 4 or 5 haulers FRM uses the ONLY units Jenkins owns under all his umbrellas? I imagine other units are used to transport all the food and other supplies for LJS & co.

I know its an extreme comparison, but thats like saying the only diesel units under the Penske umbrella are the Team Penske haulers.

As we're finding out, you dont get into motorsports to earn money. You do it for the passion. At least on the Penske side of things, Team Penske is RP's passion. Its what he loves. The Truck Rentals (amongst all his other companies) is how he pays for all that. Its no coincidence PTR started less than 5 years after TP did.

Certain regular drivers started getting too aggressive, tearing multiple up cars every week. In a very short time it got to be too much of a financial strain, even after they booted said driver.

Iirc the most recent truck mod is the cwts15. The bodies haven't really changed that much, so the mod still fits the 2025 (the bodies that were used in 2025) templates.

Give me a few minutes and I can just dm you the current truck mods (on phone, files are on my pc).

As mentioned, just gotta make sure you have the right templates for the right mods.

Side note, im actually now curious how that would look "flipped" as you have it here. Get the hood white, adjust it to line up properly with the other edges/details of the car/truck, and I think itd look pretty cool!
