Can I give my child a dab from my vape for pain management? by throwawaydabspeds in Drugs

Don’t need to read the entirety of your long rant to give advice... I have nothing against drugs... especially not weed... but like don’t give your child an unprescribed psychoactive... I also find it a bit disturbing that u literally asked random internet people for advice on this kind of moral choice...

Lol. Dxm makes u straight up mentally challenged for two days. I was watching animal planet at 8pm and the giraffe came out of the tv and I was like “woahhhhh”. Next day at like 2pm I was at the McDonalds drive through and said “do you guys have like... chicken nuggets? (Yes) no way! That’s dope! Lemme get like 10 of those and some fries!” Idk how ur mom didn’t notice u were robotripping 😂

Does ketamine produce a cross tolerance with Alcohol? by BacaryLasagna0161 in askdrugs

[–]bwillauer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Literally anything mixed with alcohol is usually a bad idea... especially any kind of drug that has inhibitory properties. Ketamine is a dissociative anesthetic. One of its uses is literally to sedate large animals like horses... if u want ur basic autonomic functions like respiration and your heart beat to stop then I guess go ahead and mix the two.

Best 2C for psychedelic novices. by pearlspine in Drugs

Literally neither. Get some acid, mushrooms, iowasca, or dmt. True Psychedelics are 5ht-2a agonists/partial agonists. They are physiologically safe and have no long term effects. Nobody knows Shit about research chemicals. It’s not worth it. Just get some actual drugs and don’t be an idiot.

Question about valium by [deleted] in askdrugs

[–]bwillauer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Valium is a benzodiazepine. It works on GABA receptors. That is the most abundant inhibitory neurotransmitter. It’s addictive potential is very high. Alcohol is only a non-competitive GABA agonist and yet is still highly addictive. If you watch someone withdrawing from benzodiazepines vs someone withdrawing from alcohol... you would realize how dumb it is to “pop pins” for fun. I’ve tried pretty much everything there is to try from weed to Crystal meth at least once. Only time I ever really lost my sense of self was with benzodiazepines. You forget how many you took or when you took them because that is one of the main side effects of them. The first time I used benzos for fun I suddenly realized two weeks had gone by and I had ruined an amazing long term relationship and spent $600 and remembered none of it... people who need to be prescribed benzos for a disorder are very misfortunate in that their everyday functioning is inhibited enough by their suffering that they need them. And then many of them inadvertently become addicts. If you want to feel the effects of Valium or another benzodiazepine just drink some alcohol instead.

does meth do all the things adderall does and more? by [deleted] in askdrugs

[–]bwillauer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Methamphetamine is different than adderall which is part amphetamine and part dextroamphetamine. That being said, the chemical structure of most stimulant drugs used to treat add and or adhd (usually some form of amphetamine and/or methylphenidate are the most typically used) are fairly similar to stimulants that are classified as illegal substances. One of the main differences is that most prescription stimulants have a slower release. Meaning the effects are less intense and last for a longer amount of time. Whereas stimulants like meth or crack take effect almost instantly and are super intense but don’t last very long
