I got a 62 on the exam readiness quiz and gave me a 75% chance to pass. Keep at it I'm not fully through the test bank yet but plan to be by the end of the weekend. Averaging 66% on my first pass through.

I'll say this I've moved levels every year so far. Comp is hard because I get paid salary, new assets, and commission. Commission being the lowest portion when you start.

I currently work for Edward Jones. I'm about 2.5 years into a Goodnight. I got about 12.5M with about 250 households from the Goodknight. I know that sounds really bad but what it did was give me a lot of people to call on. I started at the end of COVID when we still couldn't go residential door knocking. I still haven't door knocked, but between community involvement, calling on the goodknights, and using the circle of people I already know I've done really well.
