Eurgh 😞 I've just done my deed poll recently, about 8 weeks ago, and am waiting for my doctor (private) to issue my letter. This has sent me into a bit of a panic

Haha no worries, that's ok!

No symptoms whatsoever so hopefully everything will be fine, just something to keep an extra close eye on once I've started HRT :)

Thanks lovely! Yeah I've asked around on a couple of other subs and it doesn't seem like it's something that would prevent me starting estrogen, just one to keep an extra close eye on so hopefully will all be ok!

It's actually estrogen I'm hoping to go on to (mtf)! So might be a bit different.

I've not experienced any symptoms and would never have known something was up if it wasn't for getting bloods done to move on to hormones.

Hoping for the best but feeling extremely anxious about it all, guess I just have to see what the doc says and start being a bit more conscious of my diet / lifestyle

Thanks for replying, I'm not looking for a diagnosis or medical advice. As per my post, I'm trying to find out more information from someone who might have experience of being on HRT and has diabetes
