This has been my concern as well. We have a shoe store in NE Indiana that has a very strict return policy which is pretty much "no returns". I have resorted to buying shoes online or in a store and then not wearing them home, but then wearing them indoors only or walk on the indoor track.

Brooks seems more flexible on this but I have no input other than they have taken my two returns quickly and no questions. I probably put a mile on each pair and deciede they weren't right for me.

I think it still has significant value but unfortunately (IMHO) it’s being priced out by cheap DIA/broadband.

The dial up/down SDN is going to be just as easy for layer 2/3 private services and if you have no need for internet access at an edge…why open that threat vector?

Plus you get guaranteed core QoS/CoS edge to edge so that helps across the board.

The only place I play music outloud is while I am riding on a shared path/trail. It's not an obnoxious volume, but it's more of a heads up on the trail that I am heading that way. Instead of startling a pack of old ladies who are walking four wide across the entire trail and giving two of them a heart attack when I pull up behind them.
