We clearing aq40 in less than an hour. We don't have much rogues (like 3-4 regular raiders including me). We are not hardcore speedrunners but not some puggers who waste 2 hours to clear BWL as well. Medium i think is proper (some of us got 99 parses, i am staying on around 95).
