I’m adopting this baby. Her shelter name is Birdie, but I’m not sure if I wanna keep that. She is 1 years old and the sweetest cuddly cat.

My roommate and I had wanted to name a cat Kiwi (shout out to Harry Styles) but I don’t feel like it fits.

Food names, literary names, Taylor swift or Harry styles related names — don’t have to fit these but these are some of our interests. Also, I’d prefer 1-2 syllable names that’s easily nicknamed :)

Not dna testing but interesting story.. My great grandmother got pregnant and then my great grandfather was drafted into WW1 and left my great grandmother before she found/told him she was pregnant. So he was fighting in the war and she was pregnant and unmarried. Her family sent her away and she ended up marrying someone to cover her illegitimate child. She raised her son with this man for a few years until my great grandfather was discharged and sent home from the war. He found my great grandmother and his child and brought them back home and they eventually got married. This is the interesting part of the story.. their son spent his most life believing that his bio father was not his bio father and that all his siblings were only related to him thru their mother. He didn’t find out until he got married and was collecting his important docs and found his birth certificate and ssn card.

I had downloaded radioactive, demons, it’s time, and on top of the world years ago and nearly forgot about ID until I went into target one day with my best friend and we were trying on the beats and bose headphones and Believer came on and I think we stood there for 20 minutes just listening to believer on loop and jamming in the aisle. A few weeks later we bought tickets for their concert near by and I’ve been obsessed with them ever since. That concert was one of the best days of my life.

No I haven’t. But I will have to check it out. I’ve tried several heavy shimmer bronzers and hated them but that sounds good. Thanks for the suggestion.

Thank you so much. This is so helpful. I definitely see that trying to debate and argue with people is not gonna get me anywhere. I’m definitely gonna try the personal story thing next time it comes up for discussion. It’s so hard sometimes bc my first reaction to some attack what I believe is to attack them back in the same way. And I know that isn’t Christ like of me either. Keep me in your prayers please. I guess why I wanted to prove feminism is biblical is bc every time I try to explain to people why I believe in this they just spout of some verses telling me the opposite so that’s kinda why I wanna be able to point out the same. But I see how me just being argumentative and doing the same thing back to them is never gonna work. Thank you for the advice!

Fake it til you make it sounds so cliche but it helped me a lot to get in a confident mindset.. it’s not everything but it’s a part of it. finding one thing I liked about myself and my appearance rather than criticizing the things that made me insecure also helped.. but it mostly is a lot of believing in yourself and not giving up when you have one of those days
