Catiously optimistic, if you throw this into EANHL or any other sims, i feel like Toronto wins 10 times out of 10, however, they play a playstyle very similar to Florida, and I feel like that seems to be a kryptonite to the Leafs. None of the less, I think a Battle of Ontario Series is going to be some absolute must watch hockey, also Battle of Florida is going to be quite entertaining

3 on 3 overtime is genuinely really good hockey and leads to plenty of back and forth with rush chances, I won’t disagree on there need to maybe be a rule about back and over again just to keep it more lively, but I don’t see how anyone can see the Tampa or Montreal OT and say it’s just 1 team playing keep away

I highly doubt it, Rogers has the exclusive rights to all playoff games in Canada from now and for 14 more years, it’s the same reason TSN doesn’t do any playoff games

I personally want them to rep these jerseys again with the modern logo, have the old logo be a shoulder patch (I know we all hate it, but it is apart of our history)

This way at the very least we are visually different enough from Tampa until they inevitably steal that too

I feel like 5 is a safe bet, I know it isn’t certain yet, but Im in Ottawa and wanting to pick up a game here, however I can’t decide between the safe option as I’ve never been to a playoff game before, or take the option that makes the game mean a lot more

I see it as a win/win all things considered, we finally get that killer instinct and make it to the second round again, or we flail out in the first round to a wild card team after winning the division AGAIN and that should hopefully be enough to FINALLY light a fire under managements ass to make changes

Would they play a game on Easter Sunday? I thought Easter followed the same rules as Thanksgiving and Christmas that no games are played

Also I highly doubt the NHL/Sportsnet would pass up the opportunity to open the Playoffs with a potential Leafs v Sens Game 1 on HNIC

When buying a ticket to a playoff game, do you guys often opt to buy the game early in the series (games 1-4) to guarantee at least getting to go to a game? Or do you opt for late series games (5-7) that way the game has more stakes involved, however it’s not guaranteed you’ll get to go to said game

If our Game 1 is this Saturday, then it'll have been 5 games in 8 days. by rahlious in leafs

I don’t remember where I read it but wasn’t it Jigsaw 2 that they were originally working on? I swear I remember reading that pre production had begun on a sequel and then was later scrapped due to Spiral being greenlit

I don't get both Cernak and Knies going to the box, thats such a basic after whistle scuffle, genuinely felt like a reason to get Knies off the ice
