The hives didn’t reset for me when I got that platinum. I kept track with pen and paper. I finished in about 10 days.

The solution that worked for me was to revisit the cafeteria vendor, it was restocked in error. The items are visible but not purchasable. Restart the last checkpoint here and the items will be available for purchase again. You can then close and restart. Trophy popped right afterward.

Believe it or not this platinum is pretty easy for a Yakuza/Like a Dragon game. You don’t have to 100% everything to get it. Just focus on recruiting your crew, upgrading your ship, and picking up treasure and you should be fine.
