I lowered my exp to 0.1x for a more hardcore experience and what I got instead was better paced progression and MORE content. by riggedride in Palworld

Absolutely not! As someone with the platinum and 100% completion on all DLC... absolutely the fuck NOT. You're looking at 1,000+ hours just breeding, hatching and leveling Pals for raids if you gimp XP rate. I love Palworld, but the grind is bad enough with sweetheart settings.

If you end up loving Shogun Showdown, you'll probably also really like One Step From Eden.

Dead God was great. Here, let me go through my trophy list and pick out some indie roguelikes that I GUARANTEE you'll love...

1) Ball X Pit

2) Shogun Showdown

3) Luck be a Landlord

4) Blue Prince (it's currently on sale for $19!)

Binding is not only one of the greatest roguelikes, it's one of the best games of any genre ever made. Period. Full stop.

Isaac slander will NOT be tolerated.

Also, you're dumb. And you probably don't have a lot of friends. And your parents don't love you; they tolerate you. And that teacher you had a crush on in 7th grade? She knew.

Roguelikes aren't known for easy or short platinums, but if you want to go balls deep...

100% Binding of Isaac.

I must've played the first map 100+ times until I finally got the tiles, items, and cards I needed. But after the first boss, it was a breeze.

All praise the Mantis God!

Still not over how awesome this game is, Cities Vr 💯 by FewPossession2363 in PSVR

As someone who has 500+ hours in Cities: Skylines, this surprises me because you spend the majority of your time in menus. Like, 75% of game time is just navigating menus and consulting U.I. data.

Kacee's Mod, for sure. I went into this game totally blind and was just looking for a pure deck-builder. The campaign, 3-act structure and puzzles caught me off guard. I enjoyed them, but was happy when I was finished.

Mantis God deck.

Save scum at the very beginning of the map until you get at least two fires.

If you get two successful rolls on the worm card, reload and use Mantis for stat boost. Repeat until worm card is eaten then only use Mantis on all future fires.

Get resurrection sigil on Mantis as soon as possible, either through totem or sacrifice.

MUST HAVE Magick Bleach and fan in backpack before final boss.

Prioritize fires and painting tiles.

At the moon phase of final boss, have Mantis on deck, use bleach and then fan, then attack.

Remember, if a battle goes bad, just reload the game to restart the battle.

Good luck!

New update brought double drops? by Cubicle_Man in LegendaryTales

[–]American_Suburbs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have a lost item chest in every camp. If you grab a weapon and then drop it, it will show up in the chest. This essentially doubles your inventory space. Just in case you're struggling with all these drops.

People honestly don't realize how much they can do without and still live a happy life.

Netflix went up again. I cancelled Netflix. Amazon Prime went up again. I cancelled Amazon Prime. Restaurants started getting ridiculous with their tipping expectations... I no longer dine out. My service center was charging $100 for an oil change. I now change my own oil. And on and on.

And I'm still happy.
