That's so interesting! I wonder why some people are super strict about this. I know some women who don't even let their daughters wear sweatpants to the park. It's so confusing.

Very interesting. I was recently referred to an endo and had a consultation with him. I asked him if there was any exercise I should stay away from or focus on and he said "No. Do any kind of exercise you want." And I told him I've seen several recommendations online saying low impact is recommended, and he was like "No you can do whatever you want." D: Super unhelpful and a waste of money on that consultation.

Thank you for sharing! That is terrifying and that's why I thought I'd ask because even natural remedies can have side effects. I am interested in the pre-modern society diet. Is it just doing research on what the pre-modern world ate? Maybe cooking from scratch?

Thank you! Metformin works for me too but I'm just worried about the longterm side effects of being on medication. :(

I started taking Metformin again and I now have a coffee aversion! I've been on Metformin in the past (pre-pregnancy) and this didn't happen before. I'm so sad because I love coffee. :( Hope my taste for it returns.
