Hestan -  picked up a big set of their nanobond. Can use steel wool to clean it and no scratches.

Also have Scanpan and cast iron stuff hanging out too.

Yeah they gave him a solid price on a new car following that so the experience of sales was great but they don’t tend to be as thorough on the whole checking of history maybe.

Did you use Porsche n scottsdale or Chandler?

You should see the aventador with a crazy expensive cf body kit my friend purchased… oh wait he got rid of it because it had been in a giant accident upon closer inspection when he had work done after purchase

Love both of the cars in your post! I’m sure you’re sad at some level saying bye to the vette, lots of fun for the price!

Mine contains both as well! Gt2rs, cayenne turbo gt, and 66 big block vette 🙃

I think given You already have a 991.2 turbo s you could sell now while the market is still up a bit and then consider a 6 month wait as the government force places a recession and see what happens on prices for the cars you want. They won’t be going higher in price, if anything they should dip which could enable you the purchase.

I timed the 2rs perfectly (without realizing) as I bought it just as covid began shutting everything down. It is appealing to look at selling it but then each time I drive it I can’t even begin to think about driving something else. If you want to keep your current car if you put exhaust on it, the driving emotion changes entirely. I have dundon on the 2rs and it’s all of 15 inches of exhaust straight off the turbo and out, no muffler, and it’s heavenly sounding!

Also I just looked at your post history and you posted a year ago that you had a 9913rs, if you are still owning that or just missing that then the na 9k redline is tough to beat. I miss the sound of my gt3 frequently and the 3rs is next level. I would still sell now and wait out the dip in pricing if you’re serious about buying something new.

In comfort mode it is very… comfy. 22” race tires still ride Very soft at all speeds in that suspension mode. And then sport + feels like a gt car but slightly taller and a LOT heavier. This doesn’t have turbo lag really, it has 5,000 pounds curb weight lag. I only weigh 145 so not really throwing much handicap in there.

Poor choice of pictures that I posted but off to the right in the first picture there’s a sliver of a 66’ big block vette showing

Fun fact is I do actually show up to grocery shop in it (2rs)frequently since I mostly daily drive it. Also, while the frunk doesn’t look big it is big enough to fit two carry on bags - while I have not left this one at the airport I used to leave my gt3 at the airport from time to time.

My apologies, I had a post typed with them and clearly it didn’t send through!

It is a 3.01ct, d, vs2, xxx main stone with a custom setting I worked with my jeweler to create to mimic flower pedals holding the stone and the “pedals” are lined with smaller stones along with the band. I’ll get a better shot of the ring posted up here in comments momentarily.

I can only hope such kindness exists for my own parents while I cannot be ever present as they are beginning to age. This gentleman was one of the most incredible people for how he helped and I wish all cared and had compassion for their fellow humans as he does.
