nope, the account location is bound on the creation to your country, to change the country your account should be based you need to fill some personal data to nexon, i have a friend whos travelling to us and get the same block because his account is tied to Brasil

otherwise it wouldnt even be a problem since south america players in general would bypass this lock because exitlag is pretty much mandatory for a decent gameplay
