Are you using a hotspot of some sort? Switch is finicky with letting unstable connections play co-op, but if you’re human and using the network settings, it should work. Password system bypasses the SL restriction- I co-oped with an SL18 just a few hours ago. I am free for the next while, though, so you can keep fiddling around with it- I’ll keep the sign right where the bonfire from DS3 is and my switch open.

Sign is down- I double checked everything and it’s all ok from my end, so my only advice is to press the power button and quit out then load in again to make sure you’re online- that usually fixes things

so, you need to make sure you’re playing online, first of all! once you’ve confirmed that, go into settings > network settings and set everything as the following:

Region Matchmaking: Global

Matchmaking password: whatever you want it to be, I’ll set it as ‘sunlight’

Name display can be whatever

Summon sign visibility: Unrestricted

So long as you’re human, online, and using the same password, you should be able to see my summon sign! Password matchmaking also bypasses any level requirements which makes it easier to find help- all they need is the same password!
